  • Advertising: measuring ad performance and (where enabled) showing more relevant ads to people who have visited our site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also manage some ad preferences via Google and Meta account settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

5When We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers needed to operate (e.g., website hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, customer support tools).
  • Professional advisers (e.g., accountants, insurers, legal advisers) where necessary.
  • Authorities where required by law, or to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.

Where service providers handle personal information on our behalf, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and to require appropriate privacy/security safeguards.

6Overseas Disclosure

Some providers we use may store or process data outside Australia (commonly in the United States and/or the European Union). When we disclose information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles (or otherwise as permitted by law).

7Security & Retention

  • We use reasonable security measures such as access controls, strong passwords, and reputable hosted platforms.
  • We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law (e.g., taxation/record-keeping).
  • If we no longer need information, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Data breaches: If a serious eligible data breach occurs, we will comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme (including notifying affected individuals and the OAIC where required).

8AI & Training Data

We do not sell personal information and we do not intentionally supply identifiable client data to train public AI models. If we use automation tools (e.g., for email workflows or customer support), they are used to operate the business and respect opt-out settings.
